Order processing

We aim to process all orders within 24 business hours of them being placed. From there they are passed onto our distribution centers for packing and shipping. Generally, orders are shipped the following business day after being placed. Please note, that these time frames are dependent on what the time the order was placed during the day, and, can fluctuate during peak sales periods and holidays.


Shipping fees

We offer free shipping within the USA and Canada for orders of $39.99 and above. Orders below $39.99 shipping within the USA and Canada will incur a flat shipping rate of $10.

Tax and duties

Orders being shipped outside of the United States may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country. Please note that LIFX has no control over the amount of these charges, as customs policies can vary widely. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For further information on charges in your local area, we would recommend contacting your local customs office.
